The Cochrane Library is made up of three databases: (1) The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR) "... is the leading resource for systematic reviews in health care." All Cochrane reviews are available online. (2) Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL). This register does not include full-text of the articles.. This database also includes searchable full text for more than 130 health reference books, including books published by the People's Medical Society.
